The role partners with executives to design an integrated operating model, drives data-driven decisions, governance, and continuous improvement to deliver best-in-class employee experience and position HR as a strategic business partner.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR Operations or related functions.
• Experience leading large, multi-site HR Operations organizations.
• Strong knowledge of HR data governance, reporting, analytics, and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise transformation involving people, processes, technology, and change.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight of day-to-day HR Operations and service delivery.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term HR Operations strategy and operating model.
• Oversee data governance, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead HR Operations systems strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage budget and vendor relationships; ensure regulatory compliance.
