Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an experienced HR Manager in San Diego to lead human resources activities, partner with local leadership, and drive strategic workforce planning. You will oversee talent development, performance processes, and benefits programs while ensuring compliance and accurate data reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with TA and leadership, managing complex employee relations, and delivering a comprehensive total rewards strategy in a large beverage organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities and collaborate with local leadership to deliver HR processes and procedures.
• Evaluate HR issues and partner with local business leaders on workforce plans.
• Balance employee relations conflicts and mediate as a neutral party.
• Lead talent management, employee development training, and performance reviews.
• Communicate benefits changes and manage OFCCP data with relevant teams.
• Measure performance using HR scorecards and address concerns.
• Partner with TA on staffing strategies, calls, and hiring events.
• Other duties as assigned.
