Reyes Holdings seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR activities in Las Vegas, NV. This role partners with local leadership to ensure effective delivery of people processes and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years of experience and 5+ years of management experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities and partner with local leadership as HR Manager.
• Evaluate HR issues and deliver strategic responses with workforce plans.
• Mediate employee relations issues as a neutral party.
• Lead talent management, employee development, and performance & compensation reviews.
• Communicate benefits changes and manage related programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
