Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years of related experience and 5+ years of management experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities and collaborate with local leadership to ensure effective delivery of HR processes.
• Evaluate HR issues and partner with leaders on workforce plans.
• Mediate employee relations issues as a neutral party.
• Lead talent management, employee development, and performance/compensation processes.
• Communicate benefit changes and manage AAP to support OFCCP audits.
• Measure performance using HR scorecard and address concerns.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies and hiring events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
