Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Tucson, AZ. You will support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance for local offices and client contracts.

Responsibilities include E-QIP management, performance reviews, training coordination, and investigations support. Strong HRIS and knowledge of employment laws are required for successful handling of benefits, records, and leaves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree combined with one year HR experience.
• Associate's Degree combined with three years HR experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent with five years HR experience.
• Experience sourcing applicants, interviewing, and onboarding in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with employee relations, development, and policy interpretation.
• Knowledge of employment laws and civil rights legislation.
• Benefits administration knowledge and strong records management.
• Strong communication with leadership and performance review guidance.
• Initiative to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer leaves of absence, PTO, and labor relations activities.
• Manage E-QIP background processes and communications with client.
• Oversee affirmative action compliance and recruiting processes.
• Oversee recruitment, job descriptions, and employee retention development.
• Ensure onboarding, HR policy compliance, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate staffing with Project Manager; assess current/future demand.
• Schedule new hires and annual employee training.
• Investigate discrimination and harassment cases; support supervision.
• Oversee annual performance reviews and payroll corrections.
