Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. seeks a Sector Manager - Armed to lead transportation and stationary/remote guarding operations within their Sector. You will supervise leaders, manage staffing, scheduling, and service delivery while ensuring compliance with contracts and laws.

The role requires strong leadership, sector coordination with the Tucson Fleet Coordinator, and a focus on safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams in transportation or guarding services.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and operational oversight.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Lieutenants and Sergeants; develop performance plans.
• Oversee transportation and guarding operations within the Sector, including staffing and dispatch.
• Serve as primary liaison with client supervisors on operational matters.
• Enforce contract requirements, directives, and applicable regulations.
• Ensure staff training, licenses, and qualifications are maintained.
• Monitor QASP activities and implement corrective actions promptly.
