Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee all employment inquiries and manage recruitment processes.
• Post job announcements, collect applications, resumes, and references.
• Oversee wage scales, I-9 verification, fingerprinting, and background checks; maintain HIPAA files.
• Participate in hiring committees as needed.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new employees and board members.
• Update SALA’s Personnel Manual and coordinate organization-wide training.
• Handle labor relations, grievances, and negotiations as needed.
• Purchase office equipment and supplies; solicit bids and manage suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
