Reyes Holdings is seeking an HR leader to guide policy delivery and collaborate with multiple HR functions across the organization. The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local laws and strategic HR issue resolution.

The position partners with local business leaders on workforce planning and staffing, and works with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies and events. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience; or GED with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions and ensure the delivery of HR processes, procedures and policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all HR functions (Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, etc.) and Labor team as applicable.
• Ensure assigned location(s) or functional area complies with all federal, state, and local laws governing employment.
• Evaluate current and potential HR issues or needs and deliver strategic responses.
• Partner with local business partners on development of workforce plans and staffing needs and support.
• Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls and hiring events if appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned

Formazione

Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience

High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
