Reyes Holdings is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with local leadership, drive compliant HR processes, and deliver strategic workforce plans across the organization in Henderson, NV. The role interacts with Compensation, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, and Labor teams to ensure lawful and effective people programs.

The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree with extensive leadership experience, with Master’s degree preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience OR GED with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions and ensure the delivery of HR processes, procedures and policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all HR functions i.e., Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, etc., and Labor team as applicable
• Ensure assigned location(s) or functional area complies with all federal, state, and local laws governing employment
• Evaluate current and potential HR issues or needs and deliver strategic responses
• Partner with local business partners on development of workforce plans and/or staffing needs and support
• Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls and hiring events if appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
