Capital Workforce Partners is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, advise supervisors, and ensure compliant, effective HR practices. This role collaborates with Finance on payroll and retirement plan data and develops procedures to cover recurring HR work.

The Manager reports to the CFO/CEO, handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave, payroll, and HR compliance with independence within policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least five years of HR experience with employee relations, leave, benefits, payroll coordination.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or comparable certification preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity and Employee Navigator is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR resource for policies, employee concerns, performance, attendance, and conduct.
• Manage recruitment workflows, onboarding, and background checks; advise on equitable hiring practices.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems; coordinate payroll inputs and deductions with Finance.
• Administer benefits, retirement plan data, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.
• Administer leave, accommodations, unemployment claims, and HR reports for audits.
• Develop written HR policies and procedures; train supervisors on approved practices.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
