Core-Mark is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Sacramento to serve as a trusted advisor to OpCo leaders and drive HR strategies that support business objectives.

Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, training and compensation, with a strong emphasis on compliance and payroll integrity. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with leadership across the organization.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in HR management roles.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with management to understand objectives and provide HR solutions for operations.
• Manage employee relations and facilitate investigation, documentation, and corrective action as needed.
• Serve as an internal consultant on performance management, talent development, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure accurate weekly payroll processing.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and recruitment.
• Implement strategic HR initiatives to support company growth and objectives.
• Educate leaders on company policies and procedures.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for newly hired employees.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, inclusive culture.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
