U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy across multiple sites in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes employee and labor relations, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance, partnering with site leadership and unions to drive engagement and performance. The candidate will guide policy development, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and ensure consistent application of HR practices while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations or related field required. Master’s degree preferred
• Seven or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and labor relations responsibilities
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, applicant tracking, and learning management systems
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong business acumen to align HR with operations
• Ability to travel regularly between locations (in-state travel required)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR leadership across multiple facilities and locations
• Partner with leadership and unions to support labor relations and compliance
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations and grievance processes
• Coach managers on performance management and disciplinary actions
• Develop workforce planning and succession plans
• Monitor workforce metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues with integrity
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
