Job summary

KLA Industries seeks a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the manufacturing plant leadership team. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support across all HR functions while driving a high-performance culture and aligning HR initiatives with operational goals.

Key duties include staffing, onboarding, payroll accuracy, employee relations, compliance with federal and South Carolina laws, and talent development in collaboration with the Corporate L&D team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 10+ years HR experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing experience; knowledge of federal and SC HR laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Lead staffing and recruitment, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting.
• Oversee onboarding: background checks, drug screenings, offer letters, new hire paperwork.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain HR systems and records.
• Manage leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Coach HR staff and lead training, performance reviews, and leadership development.
