New Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior HR Manager to act as a strategic business partner to the manufacturing plant leadership team. The role includes leading HR initiatives, overseeing staffing, onboarding, payroll records, and compliance, and collaborating with Corporate HR on compensation and benefits.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 10+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in management, and manufacturing experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong HRIS background; Workday experience preferred.

• Partner with site operations leaders to design and implement proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels.
