Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic partner to the manufacturing plant leadership. The role drives employee engagement, builds a high-performing culture, and aligns HR initiatives with operational goals.

Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll accuracy, policy compliance, and development programs in collaboration with Corporate HR. You will lead HR staff, manage compensation, and oversee engagement events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong background in HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design and implement proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop cost-effective strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff and production hires.
• Oversee onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, offers, and orientation.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll/employee records; ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance to management on resolutions.
• Lead training and development, including performance reviews and leadership development with L&D team.
• Administer corrective action processes aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on communications, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs, including performance appraisals and wage rate administration.
• Support benefits administration and staff inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-site HR teams on projects and initiatives.
• Provide leadership to HR staff, coaching and development.
• Organize and oversee employee engagement and recognition events.
