Job summary

RNInk in Prosperity, SC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with site leadership and drive a high-performance culture. You will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll data integrity, and compliance with applicable laws.

This role provides strategic HR leadership, oversees HR systems (Workday), compensation and benefits programs, and collaborates with corporate HR on training, policy development, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong HRIS background; Workday preferred.
• Project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design and implement proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead staffing and full-cycle recruiting for salaried and production roles.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll data accuracy.
• Manage leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and advise on issue resolution.
• Lead training, performance reviews, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee compensation programs and annual increases; collaborate on benefits.
• Coach HR staff and oversee engagement events.
