Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead a team of HR professionals within one District or Mega Project, driving talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards and legal compliance.

You will partner with leadership to forecast resourcing, oversee onboarding, immigration matters, training programs, and HR processes to support business success across projects. 7+ years in HR and a Bachelor's degree are required; SPHR/GPHR/CHRP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience in construction or related industries.
• SPHR/GPHR/CHRP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast resourcing needs with leaders to support district and project goals.
• Assist talent acquisition with candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding for district-level hires and transfers.
• Investigate employee relations inquiries with the compliance team.
• Conduct exit interviews and document outcomes.
• Work with legal on immigration and compliance matters.
• Develop and implement HR training programs for projects.
• Schedule HR trainings and lead program initiatives.
• Track employee data changes through HR workflows.
• Document and report HR activities for district projects.
