Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities for District and Mega Project teams. You will guide talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and total rewards while ensuring legal compliance.

You will forecast staffing needs, coordinate onboarding, support immigration matters, and drive HR training initiatives across districts. A strong background in HR law, project environments, and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field required.
• 7+ years’ experience required.
• Construction industry or related experience required.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Strong time-management and ability to handle sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Forecast resourcing needs with business leaders and maintain talent pools for projects.
• Assist talent acquisition with candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding access, assets and activities for new hires and transfers.
• Investigate employee relations inquiries with legal compliance support.
• Conduct exit interviews and document outcomes.
• Coordinate immigration matters with legal counsel for compliance.
• Develop and implement HR training programs for required topics.
• Schedule and facilitate HR trainings on systems, performance, and compensation.
