Flatiron Construction Corp in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a district or mega-project HR team, driving talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, and legal compliance.

You will forecast resourcing needs, coordinate onboarding, handle employee relations, and work with legal on immigration matters to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. A strong PM mindset and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR management, business admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven project management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Forecast resourcing needs with business leaders for districts and mega projects.
• Assist talent acquisition with candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding for district hires and internal transfers.
• Investigate employee relations inquiries with guidance from legal compliance team.
• Conduct exit interviews and document trends for training opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal on immigration compliance for employees.
• Develop and implement HR trainings on processes, performance, compensation, and compliance.
• Lead HR program initiatives from development to implementation as needed.
• Submit employee data changes through company systems and workflows.
