Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a Project Manager in San Diego, California, to lead diverse construction projects. You will manage project contracts, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with specifications and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years in project management, and a proven ability to manage multiple teams effectively.

This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in construction project management and 5+ years’ experience in managing personnel.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project, including construction and budget.
• Oversee engineering and scheduling teams.
• Conduct weekly safety checks and engage in safety meetings.
• Lead project closeout procedures and resolve project claims.
