DHL Supply Chain seeks an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic counsel to leaders nationwide across distribution centers and regional offices. You will support a fast-paced environment, champion employee engagement, and drive people-focused initiatives that align with business goals.

You will lead a team delivering full life-cycle HR support, partner with senior management, monitor workforce health, coach associates, and manage change initiatives with integrity and accountability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience required.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience across major HR functions.
• Ability to partner with senior management.
• Strong interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• Experience with HR data analytics and onboarding.
• Experience with change management and investigations.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
