Job summary

Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) in Casper, Wyoming, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and partner with the CEO and leadership team.

You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, training, HRIS, and records; develop HR programs and policies; and provide guidance to managers. This role requires strong HR expertise, discretion, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the HR Department.
• Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding HR policies and workplace concerns.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings and support recruitment initiatives.
• Administer employee benefit programs and assist with leave programs.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluations and development.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with laws and regulations.
• Support HRIS, records, and workforce development initiatives.
