Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5 years of experience in an HR role.
• Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Adept at quickly learning HRIS, ATS, and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes in HR and employment law.
• Maintains accurate HR files, records, and documentation.
• Lead complex, higher-level HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Support full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events and community outreach.
• Answer applicants and employees regarding policies and processes; escalate when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR records.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of benefits and deductions.
• Conduct periodic audits of records and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
