Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Tulsa is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
• At least five years of progressively responsible HR experience including employee relations and leadership.
• Professional HR certification (PHR/SHRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts and workforce planning.
• Oversee orientation and new-hire administration.
• Develop onboarding programs with Operations.
• Oversee performance management and evaluations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and corrective action.
• Administer benefits programs and COBRA/ERISA compliance.
• Lead change management initiatives with Operations.
• Monitor compliance with FMLA, ADA, and local laws.
• Use HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Perform other HR-related duties.
