Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Northern New Engl in Gorham, ME seeks a Director, People & Culture who partners with executives to shape talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across the enterprise.

You will lead Talent Acquisition and HRBP functions, oversee employee relations and compliance, drive workforce planning, and foster a values-driven, high-performing culture aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations/HRBP functions.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic business partner to executives on workforce strategy and talent management.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and HRBP functions and align with organizational goals.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and compliance with employment laws.
• Establish workforce metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
