Bridgetown Natural Foods is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to act as a consultant to leaders on HR issues. You will direct recruiting, onboarding and retention programs and help develop and implement HR policies and procedures while assisting leaders in resolving conflicts and improving work relationships.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a background in manufacturing or production environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/HR management or higher.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding, employee development, communications, and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast talent requirements with business leaders and recruit for openings.
• Develop and conduct new hire orientations to improve onboarding.
• Administer policies, resolve conflicts, and improve work relationships.
• Build morale and retention to increase productivity and reduce turnover.
• Develop policies/programs aligned with laws and regulations.
• Facilitate pre-employment testing including drug testing as needed.
• Align career development with skill development and succession planning.
• Contribute to business strategy by building organizational capabilities.
• Provide leadership support to HR team members.
• Assist in administering company benefit programs.
• Maintain HR communications and improve partner materials.
