Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt is seeking a Human Resources Manager based in Brattleboro to partner with plant leadership, aligning HR priorities with business goals. You will lead core HR functions including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, payroll, and talent development in a manufacturing setting.

You will analyze HR data to drive improvements, ensure policy compliance with federal and state laws, and coach the HR team to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading HR in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; HR/Business Admin preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of HR systems, employment law, labor costs, and investigations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set HR priorities and provide strategic input to plant leadership.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits.
• Analyze HR KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure policy compliance with federal and state requirements; collaborate with legal and safety teams.
• Coach managers and develop the HR Generalist and plant team.
