Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with plant leadership, drive a high-performance culture, and align HR initiatives with operational goals.

You will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll accuracy, and policy compliance while partnering with Corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and development programs. This role requires strategic thinking, manufacturing experience, and a track record of building strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and South Carolina HR laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Create and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent.
• Lead staffing for salaried and production roles; manage recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records; ensure compliance.
• Administer leave, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Lead training, performance reviews, and succession planning with Corporate L&OD.
• Guide corrective action and employee relations processes.
