Job summary

Filtration Group seeks an experienced Human Resources Leader to manage core HR activities across the employee lifecycle and lead talent acquisition, labor relations, compliance, and performance management at a unionized site.

You will collaborate across departments to drive inclusion, engagement, HRIS, safety, compensation, and benefits programs, while advising leaders and handling escalations. Strong HRIS/ATS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with labor relations in a unionized setting.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to leaders on talent, performance, and engagement.
• Interpret and administer CBAs; ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee talent acquisition, structured interviews, and onboarding.
• Lead labor relations investigations and resolutions.
• Manage performance cycle and talent development.
• Coordinate HR programs across site and lead cross-functional projects.
