Job summary

StandardAero, Maryville, TN, seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy across leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement and total rewards for the Maryville site. Relocation assistance is eligible and the role reports to the Senior VP of HR for the Commercial Engine Services & Military, Helicopter and Energy businesses.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 7+ years of HR management and leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders on talent strategy, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead and develop an HR team; collaborate with global HR partners to implement solutions.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance/workforce disciplines as needed.
• Oversee compensation, benefits analysis and development of competitive programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
