Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources - Corporate Functions to serve as a senior HR leader and strategic advisor to our executive leadership across global Corporate Functions.

This on-site role in Scottsdale, AZ shapes and executes people strategies to enable performance, effectiveness, leadership capability, and long-term growth. The role requires partnering with senior executives, leading enterprise talent initiatives, and guiding organizational design and change

Qualifications

• This position requires 12+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and leading enterprise-wide talent strategies.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with corporate functions (Finance, IT, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain).
• Strong business and financial acumen aligning people strategy with enterprise performance.
• Willingness to travel ~20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to executive leaders across Corporate Functions.
• Partner with executives on organizational strategy, operating models, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead development and execution of talent strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.
• Drive executive talent and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Advise on organizational design, transformation, and capability building.
• Lead people strategy for major change initiatives with effective change management.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders to enhance leadership capability.
• Use workforce data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
• Guide on complex employee relations, performance, and compliance matters.
• Champion a high-performance culture and leadership excellence.
• Contribute to broader enterprise HR strategy as a senior HR leader.
