Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior management with strategic HR guidance on talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Hire, develop and lead a collaborative HR team.
• Partner with global HR to deploy solutions that balance organization alignment with local nuances.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring processes for managerial and professional roles.
