ST Engineering MRAS in Baltimore, MD seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR for salaried staff across core support functions in a 1,300‑employee aerospace manufacturing site. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and partner with union and non‑union leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR management experience supporting salaried employees across multiple levels.
• Experience in manufacturing and corporate environments; union experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary HR business partner for salaried employees, guiding organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead performance management, talent development, and annual planning processes for salaried staff.
• Consult on employee relations, support union interaction, and ensure legal compliance.
• Lead HR communications and engagement initiatives for salaried teams.
• Manage and develop HR team members with coaching and mentorship.
• Track labor metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
