You will partner with senior leaders to drive engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance and strategic talent initiatives across the site.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity, and a bachelor's degree with a master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and operations for Huntington Beach sites.
• Partner with executives to align people strategies with business goals.
