ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with salaried teams across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Facilities, Aftermarket and Warehousing. The role centers on strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, and ensuring compliant, high-performing operations.

The position supports an aerospace manufacturing site of ~1,300 employees, emphasizing engagement, performance management, and regulatory compliance in a complex industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in investigations, employee relations, engagement, and workforce development.
• Experience in manufacturing and corporate environments; 3+ direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HR metrics, reporting tools, and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for salaried support-function employees, guiding organizational design and workforce planning.
• Partner with functional leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and priorities.
• Lead performance management, talent development, and annual planning for salaried staff.
• Coach leaders on feedback, development plans, succession, and career progression.
• Oversee employee relations, union interaction, investigations, and contract interpretation.
• Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
