Job summary

You will collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention; develop and implement HR programs; oversee compensation, benefits, leave; monitor regulatory changes; manage the HR budget; and support staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of HR management experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention with organizational goals.
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys.
• Oversees HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, investigations, performance and talent management, morale, and safety.
