Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager-Designate to lead HR services supporting our division, attracting and developing teammates for future growth. The role partners with leadership to align staffing, training, and succession planning with business goals, while administering benefits and compensation policies.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, budgeting for HR initiatives, and ongoing program administration to drive workforce effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards in all HR areas.
• Partner with division leadership to determine staffing, training needs, leadership talent, and succession planning.
• Implement and administer teammate benefits programs and raise awareness of these programs.
• Assist budgeting for training, safety, benefits, and other initiatives.
• Administer compensation policy and day-to-day salary administration and planning.
• This position may have additional duties and special projects.
