Job summary

Fourth is a global leader in restaurant and hospitality technology solutions, seeking a Manager of Human Resource Services to lead HR Generalists and guide clients on employment law, compensation, and EPLI initiatives.

You will partner with leadership to shape talent strategy, oversee recruitment of HR Generalists, and develop KPI-driven processes while staying compliant with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or 8–10 years’ experience in a senior HR/Employee Relations role.
• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
• Broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Generalists delivering HR consultative services for employees and worksites, handling confidential matters.
• Educate clients on employment law compliance and guidance in managerial/talent acquisitions.
• Manage EPLI claims and assist with supporting documents and position statements.
• Analyze compensation trends and propose competitive base and incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and best practices.
