Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to lead the HR team at our Superior, Michigan facility. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, design organizational design and workforce planning, and report on HR strategy, programs and metrics.

You will oversee talent management, onboarding, leadership development, and cross-functional partnering with Global HR. The role includes ensuring compliance with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 15 years experience in Human Resources
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• EOE including Disabled and Veteran; VEVRAA Federal contractor

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to HR at the Superior, MI facility.
• Lead talent management, onboarding, succession planning and leadership development.
• Develop and implement HR programs and policies in compliance with laws.
• Oversee employee relations and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with Global HR and cross-cultural teams to align programs.
