Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
