Job summary

F&W Forestry Services is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our day-to-day HR operations for a geographically dispersed workforce. This remote role reports to the COO and requires periodic travel to Albany, GA headquarters.

You will oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, compensation, compliance, performance management, and HR systems, partnering with leaders to improve processes and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
• Experience independently managing employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states and locations.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities, policies, records, and HRIS.
• Coordinate benefits administration and payroll support.
• Partner with COO and leaders to address workforce challenges and implement HR solutions.
