Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an HR Generalist to handle human resources duties onsite in Georgia, working closely with the HR Manager and HR Director to support operating sites.

You will oversee benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, training, and policy implementation while upholding company values of Integrity, Safety, Servant Leadership, Respect for People, and Customer Focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 1–2 years HR experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Counsel with site management as a trusted HR partner.
• Under direction from the HR Manager, participate in goals and systems.
• Improve efficiency of the HR department and services.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate training programs.
• Fulfill HR Manager duties as assigned (recruiting, retention, culture, rewards).
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and job postings; conduct orientations.
