FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Bethpage, NY seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead HR across employee relations, experience, compliance, and policy governance for a multi-state remote and hybrid workforce.

You will partner with Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Legal and Risk to align programs, mitigate risk, and advance business objectives while shaping a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing HR professionals.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and support to managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition leaders to align HR processes and communications.
• Lead performance management, onboarding, leadership development, and workforce capability initiatives; address organizational needs and employee effectiveness.
• Oversee HR projects and ensure alignment between organizational priorities and HR capabilities.
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and governance practices to ensure legal compliance and consistency.
