• Expertise in planning, developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and collaborative skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Leads HR function across all Company locations and aligns HR strategy with business objectives.
• Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, training and development, and culture initiatives.
• Partners with senior leadership to define and execute long-term strategic goals through talent management.
• Serves as a trusted advisor on organizational structure and workforce planning.
• Manages annual HR budget and implements growth programs and leadership development.
• Administers HRIS or other systems to facilitate processes and HR reporting.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and maintains policies.
• Monitors HR KPI's and presents reports to leadership.
