Job summary

Plastikos in the United States seeks a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training, HRIS data integrity, and compliance across multiple sites.

As a member of the Management Team, this leader partners with executives, department managers, and staff to strengthen a high-performing, value-based culture that attracts, develops, and retains talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
• Experience leading HR across multiple sites and shifts.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes, define role scope, interview plans, and selection criteria.
• Administer performance reviews and coach managers on feedback and improvement plans.
• Oversee compensation changes, benefits administration, and leave programs.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes; support engagement and retention.
• Ensure HR compliance audits, policy updates, and regulatory reporting across sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and HR operations.
