Redline Plastics in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function on site. You will partner with the leadership team to align talent strategy with manufacturing growth and manage recruiting, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

This role requires 3–5 years HR experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's or associate preferred), and professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred in Business/HR.
• 3–5 years HR experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work on the manufacturing floor and wear PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategy including recruiting, retention and succession planning.
• Provide support to HRBP, Safety Coordinator, and management; handle accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
• Manage talent acquisition for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborate with managers on required skills.
• Analyze compensation trends; propose base and incentive pay programs to attract/retain talent.
• Create learning and development programs for internal advancement.
• Oversee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws; review policies and practices.
• Stay updated on HR trends, regulatory changes and employment law.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
