Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Multi-Site HR Leader to partner with business leaders across Davenport, IA and Hiawatha, IA to support talent, performance, engagement, and workforce needs.

The role oversees recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits support, HR reporting, and policy administration, while guiding HR teams and coordinating EH&S collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Advanced understanding of HR principles across the lifecycle (talent acquisition, relations, performance, compliance, compensation, benefits).
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (PeopleSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to advise on talent, performance, and engagement strategies.
• Mentor, coach, and potentially supervise HR team members; prioritize tasks and provide feedback.
• Oversee talent acquisition, resumes review, candidate pools, and structured interview processes.
• Lead complex employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure fair application of policies, laws, and audit readiness.
• Lead the full performance cycle across business units; support succession planning.
• Assist with compensation and benefits questions and program ownership.
• Lead inclusion and engagement initiatives and analyze HR data to inform decisions.
