Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Multi-Site HR Leader to partner with business leaders across Davenport, IA and Hiawatha, IA. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, compensation, benefits, HR reporting and policy administration to support growth and compliance.

You will mentor HR professionals, lead safety coordination with EH&S, and drive engagement and inclusion initiatives while using HR data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Advanced understanding of HR principles across the lifecycle.
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEO/AA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (PeopleSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner and advisor to leaders on talent, performance and engagement strategies.
• Mentor, coach and potentially supervise HR team members and prioritize tasks.
• Oversee talent acquisition, screening, onboarding, and structured interview processes.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and corrective actions.
