Parker Hannifin, formerly Filtration Group, is seeking a Human Resources Leader in Orlando to drive HR strategy across the full employee lifecycle. The role partners with operations and leadership to shape talent, engagement, performance, compliance, and benefits within a unionized environment.

You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS, safety, compensation, and reporting while mentoring HR staff and guiding cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Advanced HR principles across lifecycle (talent, relations, compliance, compensation, benefits).
• Working knowledge of EEO/AA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, recordkeeping and confidentiality.
• Exposure to complex employee relations, policy development, and HR program ownership.
• HRIS/ATS experience (PeopleSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG); Excel and data analysis.
• Experience leading HR projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted HR partner to leaders on talent, performance, and engagement.
• Mentor, coach, and potentially supervise HR team members; assign tasks and provide feedback.
• Oversee talent acquisition; design structured interview processes and ensure compliance.
• Create offer recommendations; oversee pre-employment screening and onboarding quality.
• Lead complex employee relations, investigate escalations, and document findings.
• Ensure policies comply with employment laws and lead audit readiness.
• Lead the full performance cycle across business units.
• Partner on talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Address compensation and benefits questions with relevant teams.
• Lead inclusion and engagement initiatives; present insights to leadership.
• Oversee HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics.
• Coordinate with EH&S on training and incident actions.
• Coordinate HR programs site-wide and manage cross-functional projects.
• Standardize HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
