Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division in Highland, IL is seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to lead site HR strategy and operations. You will report to the Plant Manager and oversee one direct report while shaping a high-performance, sustainable organization that attracts, develops and retains key talent.

Key areas include labor relations, staffing, culture, engagement and organizational capability, with focus on compliance, compensation oversight and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of professional human resources experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of Labor Relations experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to the Highland, IL operations leadership team.
• Drive HR functional excellence through Eaton programs and process standardization.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliant HR policies and records.
• Oversee staffing, talent management, succession planning and employee development.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and contract interpretation/negotiations.
• Administer compensation practices and generate regulatory reports.
• Promote safety, wellness and inclusion initiatives.
